BH Telecom d.d. Sarajevo reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. All changes will apply to the use of BH Telecom services, including the use of the My BHTelecom application. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase.
Terms of credit card purchases
These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering, and complaining about the services offered on the My BH Telecom application. My BH Telecom application can be used for your private use, according to the following terms and conditions.
The merchant is BH Telecom d.d. Sarajevo, and the customer is a visitor to this application who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the merchant, and makes payment via credit card.
Ordering
Any person who electronically orders at least one product/service, fills in the required information and submits the order is considered a customer. All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks, including VAT. The product/service is considered ordered at the moment when the customer selects and confirms the payment method.
Payment
The ordered products/services are paid online with one of the credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro or Visa.
Delivery
The ordered product/service is delivered to the selected mobile account. If the customer does not receive the product/service, or the delivery notification, after it has been sent, within the expected time, the customer has the right to notify the seller so that appropriate actions can be taken.
The merchant undertakes to send the product/service to the customer the moment he receives the confirmation approving the online transaction. The merchant sends notification of a successful transaction via SMS or e-mail (if the user has chosen that option).
Complaints
The merchant undertakes to deliver a product/service that is technically correct and corresponds to the product description listed on the My BHTelecom application. In case of technical malfunction, the customer is obliged to advertise the product/service. Complaints against the account for the service performed are submitted by the end of the current accounting period for the previous accounting period, while other complaints are submitted after the reason for submission has arisen in accordance with the rules specified in the General Terms and Conditions.

Security of credit card payments
The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured by the use of SSL encryption. Online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is the process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during its transmission. This enables safe transfer of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user's computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa.

BH Telecom d.d. Sarajevo applies the Privacy Policy to the protection of personal data of service users and ensures the privacy of the user's communication content in the process of providing or using telecommunication services of BH Telecom d.d. Sarajevo. More details at:
